What is in a HIP?
All of our Home Information Packs are compliant with current legislation and contain all necessary documentation. We also offer additional, voluntary elements to our HIPs so that you can customise it to your needs. Below is a table outlining the bare minimum documents required by law, please note that if your property is leasehold rather than freehold then your Home Information Pack will also have to contain a copy of the lease. Our prices start from as little as £165 + VAT.
Document: List of all the documents included in the Home Information Pack.
Index: Some basic information about the property, including the address and tenure of the property and whether or not it is being sold with vacant possession
Sales Statement: Shows the energy efficiency of the property using an A-G scale. More information on EPCs can be found here.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): Local land charges relating to the property, provision of drainage and water searches and other matters that may be interest such as local planning decisions.

Evidence of Title: Title deeds proving that the seller owns the property and therefore has the right to sell.
Leasehold Home Information Packs will also include:
A copy of the lease
Most recent service charge accounts and receipts
Building insurance policy details and payment receipts
Regulations made by the landlord or management company
