What is in a Home Information Pack?
All of our Home Information Packs are compliant with current legislation and contain all necessary documentation. We also offer additional, voluntary elements to our HIPs so that you can customize it to your needs. Below is a table outlining the bare minimum documents required by law, please note that if your property is leasehold rather than freehold then your Home Information Pack will also have to contain a copy of the lease. Our prices start from as little as £270 (ex.VAT).

Local land charges relating to the property, provision of drainage and water searches and other matters that may be interest such as local planning decisions. |

Evidence of Title |
|
|
Title deeds proving that the seller owns the property and therefore has the right to sell. |
